Outstanding service, was seated within two minutes and our server Vix explained the whole ordering process and was really attentive to our needs. Food came super quick and was lovely and fresh. One of the best Nando’s experiences I’ve had. Vix is a credit to the team !

We ordered the Butterfly Chicken, which is the most popular meal, with salted fries as a side and nuts as a starter. It was super tasty; I've never eaten such a delicious chicken breast before. Thanks, Nando's, for providing us with such a great memory.

My friends and I came for a dinner here. While there were issues for me (only me, not the rest of my friends) with ordering online, it was quickly remedied by the staff at the tills. During the evening, the staff were fabulous (namely Jourdan) who was friendly, prompt and energetic. Jourdan elevated an already 10/10 evening just with their presence and my friends and I were very grateful for this. Due to my issues with online ordering, I could not personally do a review so hoping this is acceptable too.
i had about a 10minute wait and then got seated. the service was lovely as so was the food as usual. i spent 18 for a chicken wrap with two sides and a bottomless drink
I would like to thank Emma who made my experience wonderful her cheerful smile and help with placing us at the table and guiding us with our order. The quality, quantity , ambience , availability of various peri peri sauces and cutlery was great and give Thai place a 5 out 5 . This is better than the other two Nando’s stores one in brewery quarter and other in cardiff bay. Highly recommend visit this location if you are in cardiff over the other 2 locations.
